Shipping times vary depending on the product and current workload. You can always find the most up-to-date information during checkout.

Once we pack your order and create your shipping label, the software automatically sends an email with your tracking link.

– In most cases, the carrier will pick up on the same day. Occasionally, if they arrive early, your package will be picked up the next business day instead.

– The actual pickup date will be listed in the email.

– Your order status in your account will show as Processing until the label is created. Once the label is made, it changes to Completed.

– After pickup, the tracking page will update with the carrier’s estimated delivery date.

Because we start processing orders soon after they’re placed, we’re unable to make changes, add items, or combine separate orders once they’ve been submitted.
This helps us keep orders moving smoothly through production and ensures each one is shipped accurately and on time.
If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order — we’ll do our best to ship them together if timing allows, but they may arrive in separate packages.

We understand that plans can change, but once an order is placed it quickly moves into our production and packing process. Because of this, we’re often unable to cancel orders once they’ve entered processing.
If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee cancellations, we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet entered production.
Our goal is to keep orders moving efficiently, so we aren’t able to pause or modify them once they’re in progress.
