We will not be able to guarantee shipping for painted letters ordered after November 11. There are no rush options available for the painted items.
For non painted items, the deadline is December 8.
We do offer rush processing and expedited shipping. These will incur additional charges and must be made by phone. These orders can be place up until December 16 for unfinished items only.

Shipping to most places is 2 to 5 business days after being shipped.

Delivery Information
- We ship all orders UPS. We do offer rush shipping for an additional charge.
- We must have your complete delivery address. This includes Street, Ave. or what it may be. UPS charges us an $11.00 charge per address change and we will pass this cost onto you.
Returns and Refunds
Defective products replacement
if you receive a defective product from us, we will replace the defective part at our cost. If you happen to receive a package with defective or missing/broken parts, please email us immediately with your order number, product description and what the issue is. We may replace or refund your order at our discretion.
Non-defective products returns
If you order incorrectly or decide you do not want the product, you can email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a store credit for 75% of the order subtotal. Orders returned without the RMA number or within 10 days of the RMA being issued, we will refuse the package and send it back to you.
Order Cancellations
If you must cancel your order, we will be more than happy to work you, as long as the order has not been started. If you notice an error on your order, please contact us immediately so we may fix the issue.
