Delivery Information
- We ship all orders UPS. We do not offer rush shipping.
- We must have your complete delivery address. This includes Street, Ave. or what it may be. UPS passes us an $8.00 charge per address change.
Returns and Refunds
Defective products replacement - if you receive a defective product from us, we will replace the defective part at our cost. If you happen to receive a package with defective or missing/broken parts, please email us immediately with your order number, product description and what the issue is. We may replace or refund your order at our discretion.
Non-defective products returns - If you order incorrectly or decide you do not want the product, you can email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a store credit for 75% of the order subtotal. Orders returned without the RMA number or within 10 days of the RMA being issued, we will refuse the package and send it back to you.
Order Cancellations
If you must cancel your order, we will be more than happy to work you, as long as the order has not been started. If you notice an error on your order, please contact us immediately so we may fix the issue.
